Delivery time
For custom made designs we ship in 15/25 working days after the purchase. The time needed to take care of every single detail of your handmade product with LOVE and DEDICATION.
For our products Ready to wear we ship in 1-5 days after the payment is being confirmed.
The tracking number is sent by email immediately after the item has been shipped. For any problems with your parcel, contact me via chat with the button below, we will solve any problem.
Return Policy
As we create every design specially for you, we take care of every single step of the production.
We can only accept returns under special circumstances.
